HASTELLOY ROUND BAR

The elements present in this alloy help the Hastelloy c276 rod to resist pitting and crevice corrosion. Environments containing oxidative chemicals are also suited for the use of Hastelloy c276 flat bar up to the temperature range of 1900 degrees F. Due to the low content of carbon in Hastelloy c276 bar stock carbide precipitation is avoided. This helps in using the Hastelloy c22 bar in the welded condition. Though these Hastelloy b3 round bars cannot be hardened by heat treatment they can definitely be hardened by cold working. Hastelloy x round bar has a higher work hardening rate as compared to other austenitic steel. Hastelloy c4 round bar supplied by us can be easily processed and welded using conventional fabrication techniques.

Hastelloy Round Bars are designed from nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy content that shows excellent resistance consistency and fabricability. The presence of nickel-molybdenum allows superior corrosion resistance for decreasing environments, also it posse’s great ductility, resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. These bars are forged and rolled at high elevated temperature. Thus these c276 grades of bars excellent perform in welding condition and retain acidic attacks. The bars are deeply drawn, spun punched or pressed form. Also, we use high tech advance and modern machinery that facilitates to design accurate and perfect size product.
