Our product range includes a wide range of inconel 800 pipe, inconel 600 pipe, inconel 625 pipe, inconel 800ht pipe, inconel 718 pipe and inconel 617 pipe.
Inconel 718 tube is an age-hardenable nickel-chromium-iron alloy also containing significant amounts of niobium, molybdenum, titanium and aluminum. It combines good corrosion resistance with extremely high strength. Typical applications include heat exchangers and O-rings. Alloy 718 ASTM B163, is an austenitic nickel-based superalloy. Alloy 718 nickel tubing exhibits excellent high yield tensile and creep-rupture properties at temperatures up to 1300ºF and oxidation resistance to 1800ºF. Alloy 718 W. Nr 2.4668 is used in applications that require high strength such as parts for jet engines and high speed airframe parts such as wheels, buckets, spacers and high temperature bolts and fasteners.
Alloy 825, often referred to as Incoloy 825 (where Incoloy is a trademark of Special Metals Corp), is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium (NiCr21Mo), supplied in the hot worked and annealed condition. The alloy achieves good mechanical properties from cryogenic to medium-high temperatures (5400C) and can be significantly strengthened if required through cold working.
