TITANIUM FLANGE

Titanium Flanges are made up of various titanium alloys and commercially pure titanium grades. The nearly 40 grades of titanium are used in different applications scopes. The specification for titanium flanges is the ASTM B381. The Titanium Pipe Flanges are used to connect pipes together with extra strength because they have raised or flat surfaces that can allow for maximum grip. There are different types such as the Titanium Steel Spectacle Blind Flange. The spectacle blind flange has two circles resembling a spectacle with one when the pipe has to be open, the ring of the spectacle is in place and when the connection has to be closed the flat plate is in place. The Titanium Alloy Slip On Flanges serve a different purpose. They align the pipes precisely by allowing them to slip onto the flanges. There are different grades, standards and types of flanges such as the ANSI B16.5 Ti.
